Gearing Up for Grad School - Part One

Welcome to Squirrelly Speech

Hi all! I'm Mikaila, a Speech-Language Pathologist in progress. I'm just finishing up my first year of graduate school and thought I'd start this blog to share some of my experience with the world. There's quite a lot of information out there on being an SLP, but not much on being a grad student... and let's face it, we could all use a reminder from time to time that we're not alone on this stressful, exciting, constantly changing ride to our CCC. I plan to share about all of the little things that come along with this journey. Expect to learn about my clinic and practicum experiences, classwork, being a TA, therapy materials I like, and so much more. I hope you enjoy the content I share. I can't wait to get started!
